[00:01] Hello my divine influencers. Welcome back. Today I'm going to talk about the three signs that you're not in alignment with your business. I'm also going to tell you how to change that. If you feel like this is you, if you can relate to the three things I'm about to tell you. Okay, so believe it or not, your business is supposed to be a reflection of you. It should make you happy. It should be the one thing you should be married to your business in terms of the way you feel about it. You should truly love your business. Now, unfortunately, this is not the case for a lot of people. So I want to give you the three signs that you need to make a change in your business or your perspective around that, um, to be a happier, just more well rounded person. So the first sign is that you feel like you're exchanging your time for money.

[00:51] Now, whether you're doing client calls or you're selling a product or you're selling your services or whatever it is, your business is offering the world, you should be happy doing this, right? If you're doing it literally to pay your bills and you feel like you have to do it and there's no other way around it, then this business is not for you or you need to make a change in your business because that is not the key to happiness. You started your business because you wanted to be happier. You wanted to have. I'm assuming that freedom you wanted to make your own schedule. You want to do what you love, and yet if you again feel like you're working basically in nine to five, but for yourself and exchanging your time for money, this is a pretty good sign that you're not in alignment with your business.

[01:39] Okay? The second thing that you need to look out for that as a sign that you're not in alignment is that your messaging sounds like everyone else. Now, don't get me wrong, when you're first starting your business, it is totally normal to go and look at your competitors and figure out what's working and and kind of take their messaging and try and make it your own as totally normal when you're first figuring things out, but as you get further along along in your business, even like a year or two in you want to sound like you, you want your business to be uniquely you, and if it's not, if it still sounds like your competitors or you're just saying what you think will convert or what will get you money, then that is a sure fire sign that you're not in alignment and that's not going to bring you happiness.

[02:28] Okay? The third sign that you are not in alignment with our business is that you dread doing the work. Okay? So again, if you're jumping on a client call and you wake up in the morning and you're like, I really don't want to start the day. I wish it was the weekend. I wish I was just with family. I wish I didn't have to do x, y, z. and that's a pretty good sign that you're not in alignment with your business. Okay? The beauty of owning a business, and I get that if you're starting off, you're going to have to do a few things that maybe you don't like, but whole beauty of owning a business, if it is that you can outsource the things that you don't like doing, right? If you like doing client calls, but you hate writing your messaging, then you should hire a copywriter like me.

[03:12] If you hate doing the graphics and like social media stuff and you can hire someone for that. You shouldn't be dreading anything in your business. You should wake up excited. You should have a team of people and you don't have to spend a lot of money doing this. There are freelancers. There's virtual assistants that can help you with all of this. You don't have to, you know, hate doing this work. I mean, there's. There's no reason to. All you have to do is if you want to hire someone to do the work, increase your prices a little bit to make up for that. All right? It's really that simple. When it comes to outsourcing and in terms of exchange and that will fix the other issues as well. When you, if you feel like you're exchanging your time for money, then it's probably because you're doing a lot of stuff that you don't like, that you need to outsource, and if you sound like everyone else, then it's probably because you didn't know how to fix your messaging in the first place, so you just copied everyone and now it's time to hire a copywriter or it's time to hire a graphic designer to fix your website or whatever it is.

[04:11] Your business is meant to make you happy. This is why you started your business is to be happy and free and to be able to live the life of your dreams. So take what I told you here. Make those changes for the love of God. Please outsource the stuff you hate because you deserve to be happy. I'll talk to you guys again soon. Bye. Bye.
